About
Pauya Labs was started by Diego Pauya in Florida. Moving to a new country means dozens of deadlines, forms and offices, and good information in Spanish is often scattered or hard to trust. We turn official sources into short, mobile-friendly guides that point people to the right place.
We are bootstrapped and early-stage. Our products are sold online, and we reach readers through a Facebook Page with short daily videos and through our brand account on X.

“I arrived in Florida — now what?” is a 26-page, phone-first PDF guide in Spanish for people new to Florida. It covers first deadlines, car insurance and registration, driver’s license and ID, renting, money, schools and children’s health forms, and SSN/ITIN basics, with links to official government sources.

How we use AI agents
Most of the work behind our products is done by a small team of AI agents built on Claude and Grok, coordinated by the founder. Each agent has one job:
Research
Collects and cross-checks official sources (state agencies, school districts, federal sites) and flags anything that changed.
Content production
Drafts guide sections, captions and daily short-video scripts in natural, respectful Spanish.
Spanish voiceover
Turns approved scripts into Spanish voiceover and timed subtitles for our Reels.
Operations
Checks links, prepares publishing packs, tracks tasks and keeps notes so nothing falls through the cracks.
Human in the loop. Agents prepare; a person decides. Nothing is published, sent or purchased without the founder’s review and approval.
What we are building next
Using the Claude API, we plan to add a Spanish-language help assistant for guide buyers that answers questions only from the guide and official sources (and says when it doesn’t know), plus automated fact-checking that compares each guide section against current official pages.
